The Advanced Leaders Institute (ALI) is an in-depth teen leadership conference experience that helps strengthening leadership and professional brand of the State and Military Youths of the Year.
The inaugural three-day world class leadership experience was held June 25th-June 28th, hosted on The Emory University campus in Atlanta, GA. Teens from all 50 states came together for thought provoking workshops, leadership building activities, and to connect with fellow youth leaders across the country.
For the first time in its history, all 100 state-level Youth of the Year winners - state and military - were invited to come together. Attendees had plenty of time to connect and meet fellow YOYers over the three days.
Disney and Toyota lead interactive youth sessions on creativity and efficiency, with The University of Phoenix led Chaperone sessions on topics ranging from stress and time management to Club readiness.
It was an overwhelming success and an exciting new tradition was started.
