In terms of academic success, the Boys and Girls Club has helped me significantly. The College Bound Program has taught the basics and advancements of the requirements that are necessary to get admitted to any college. Some of these requirements consist of taking the SAT exam, the ACT exam, how to write personal statements and other knowledge that is essential for my well being. Overall, the College Bound Program and the Boys and Girls Club as a whole have helped me develop into someone that I thought I’d never become.
