[The Creative Circus is an Atlanta-based portfolio school for those interested in pursuing a career in creative.]

Art keeps the world going. It’s how we sell things. It’s how we become inspired. It’s how we teach children. Art is everywhere. Without it, nothing would work. Art is what makes music. Art is what makes you the way you are.
I went to The Creative Circus the other day for an interview. A man named Jonathan Fisher told me everything I needed to know about going to school there. He told me about housing situations and how he could find me a roommate. He told me about how people look for Circus graduates to come work for them. I heard so many good things about this school that day. For starters, you can bring your pet to school. Who wouldn’t want to bring their pet to school? Second of all, they have so many places for you to sleep between classes. Again, who wouldn’t want to do that?
The fountain in the middle of the school is for students to give things away. If they leave something, it’s up for grabs. People put down gift cards and coupons and things so that other people can have them.
Another great thing about this school is that they don’t have desks. The rooms are designed for people to be comfortable. You can lay on the platforms in the rooms and look up at the Christmas lights hanging from the ceiling.
This place is kind of magical. When you first walk in, you get this feeling of welcome. You feel like you’re finally where you’re supposed to be. The people are amazing and you just know that you’re going to learn how to do something that you will use for the rest of your life. Whether you’re interested in art direction, copywriting, design, photography, or even interactive development, you will be welcomed at this amazing school. I can’t wait until I get to start school here.
